Shipping & Return Policy
At Oneesan Fashion, we work with a variety of vendors around the world to bring you your favorite items. This may result in items being shipped separately.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping time for the U.S. varies from 3 to 4 weeks. We do ask that customers please wait up to 8 weeks in the U.S. for their orders as shipments may be delayed by unforeseen circumstances that are out of our control (natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, etc.)
If for any reason you do not receive a package after 60 days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will either provide a full refund or have the item resent. Our goal is to make your shopping and shipping experience as simple as it can be.
Shipping prices will vary on state you reside in. At checkout you will be able to see your shipping costs on the invoice, but with purchases over $35 will be free shipping!
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging containing tags attached.
- We do not accept returns for merchandise that has been worn, washed, or damage due to stains, dirt, hair, etc. We also do not accept merchandise with strong odors, caused by perfume, smoke, etc.
- Certain items like Lingerie, Swimwear, and Shapewear, are exempt from being returned due to hygiene reasons, with the exemption of defected items.
- Jewelry items like Earrings, and Belly Rings, are exempt from being returned due to hygiene reasons, with the exemption of defected items.
- We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, make-up, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To process returns,
- You must contact us no later than 14 days after delivery confirmation. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery confirmation, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
- When returning merchandise, please ensure it is folded and packaged with care. Crumpled, stretched, or stuffed items are ineligible for return.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- If items are deemed ineligible for return, they will be mailed back to you and may be subject to additional shipping costs.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
- Due to a similar named website we ask that you please email us first at firstname.lastname@example.org to verify that your order is indeed from us. Then we will proceed with our return address.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
